Welcome to RedWave Wellness! By booking and participating in sessions at our facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Terms and Conditions
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Property
RedWave Wellness is not responsible for any of your personal property that is damaged, lost, or stolen while in or around our facility. You are solely responsible for any damage or loss to your personal property.
You are solely responsible for any damage or loss that you may cause to RedWave Wellness property or equipment if such damage is caused by a willful act and/or negligence.
Personal items are not to be taken into the RedWave Wellness Room; please use the lockers provided at Sanctuary Cove Country Club.
Assumption of Risk of Injury and Waiver of Claims
You assume all risk of injury and waive all rights to pursue money damages or any other relief as a result of any injury occurring at or near RedWave Wellness.
In the event that you are injured while on RedWave Wellness property, you will not hold the facility owner and/or staff liable. The facility owner and/or staff are free from all claims of any sort of damages. We strongly advise consulting with a medical professional before starting any new wellness regimen, including infrared sessions.
Health and Disclosure of Your Physical Condition
You assume all responsibility for your physical health.
You agree to disclose to RedWave Wellness all relevant personal health information prior to your session, including any personal concerns or advice from your medical or health practitioners. It is crucial to inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or health concerns that may be affected by infrared heat.
You further warrant that you will not attend RedWave Wellness whilst you are suffering from any infectious or contagious illness, disease, or other ailment that could harm or be a risk to other members and staff.
Minimum Age
All participants must be a minimum of 12 years of age to use the RedWave Wellness Room. All minors under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present and personally responsible while in the facility.
Filming and Photography
Occasionally, we may film videos or take photos in our facility for internal and external marketing purposes.
Unless you otherwise inform the cameraman/videographer or a RedWave Wellness team member on the day of shooting that you do not want to be filmed, you consent to the use of your images being used for marketing purposes.
Facility Closures
RedWave Wellness reserves the right to close on public holidays. Our facility is always closed on Christmas Day and may at other times of the year close during public holidays.
RedWave Wellness reserves the right to take up to 5 maintenance/facility upgrade days a year.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to increase session prices. We will give you a minimum of 7-days notice for any increase in session prices.
No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
- All session no-shows will incur a fee of $15, and late cancellations will incur a fee of $7.50.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to check-in before your session to ensure you are not charged a late fee.
- If your attendance needs to be cancelled, you must do so a minimum of 4 hours before the scheduled time to allow for other members to book the session.
- A portion of our No Show/Late Cancellation Fees may be donated to a local charity monthly.
Health & Safety Guidelines
RedWave Wellness adheres to all directives from the QLD Government and relevant health authorities regarding public health and safety. This may include, but is not limited to, enhanced cleaning procedures, temporary closures, or specific entry requirements.
There are no session refunds or extensions if you (or a close contact) are unwell, awaiting test results, required to isolate, or restricted from entry due to government regulations.
We have put in place enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure the facility is a safe place for your wellness journey. On-site hand sanitisers are available.
If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and seek appropriate medical advice before returning to the facility.
Updates to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
Administration
Account administration will be processed during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). There is no account administration for 14 days over the Christmas/New Year period and 7 days over Easter holidays.
